We worked hard for our accreditations, and we’re proud of them.
We’re accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, which is the highest institutional accreditation available in the United States. It allows credits, courses, and degrees earned at Adelphi to be accepted at the vast majority of other regionally accredited colleges and universities. All University College credit courses and degree programs, including all online courses and degree options, are a part of Adelphi’s accreditation.
Adelphi University and University College degree and credit certificate programs are also registered with the New York State Department of Education’s Office of College and University Evaluation. The New York State Department of Education has reviewed and approved all listed degree programs for state and federal financial aid funding.
University College’s B.S. in Business is also accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). AACSB International is the longest-serving and largest global accrediting body for business schools that offer bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in business and accounting. Less than 10 percent of the world’s business schools have achieved this recognition.
Most University College undergraduate degrees can lead to other bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at one of Adelphi’s professional schools of Business, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Education.
